EAST PROVIDENCE, RI – The City of East Providence is requesting proposals for the purchase of the former Union Primary School, a prominent landmark of the community located at 1320 Pawtucket Ave.
The former school’s amenities could be used to house an office, medical facility, school, art studio, or daycare facility. Interested parties should submit their proposal no later than Friday, Dec. 18, 2020 at 11 a.m.
